Astoria to Fort Stevens State Park

Packed up and ready to set out from Astoria

We had an easy 10 mile ride to the campground where we got our first Oregon State Park "hiker-biker " site.  These are  sites reserved for those arriving without a vehicle and the cost is $6 per person.  There is always room and you are guaranteed a site if you arrive by bike or on foot no matter how full the campground may be.
